On Wednesday and Thursday

Food: Two options and a small box "about 125 grams" of                skimmed yogurt

You should drink green tea, mint, ginger and caraway with each other.

You must walk for at least an hour a day.

This diet should be carried out at least once every 6 months so that the body does not weaken.
